THE HAPPY GRILLED CHEESE

   The Happy Grilled Cheese will always be Jacksonville, Florida's original and only grilled cheese brand, unique from the hand-painted artwork to the fun and ever-changing menu.  Opened in 2013 by entrepreneur and "Sultan of all things CHEESY", Anthony Hashem, the goal of The Happy Grilled Cheese is to provide quality, fresh food at great prices to Jacksonville.

   As a native of Jacksonville, Anthony grew up working in his family's restaurant and is now going back to his roots in the kitchen to follow this passion. Open from February of 2013 - September of 2025, we loved every minute of serving our city. 
​   The Happy Grilled Cheese is closed for now, but goodbye isn't always forever.
